HYOSUNG T & D INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (HYOSUNG T & D INDIA) is a subsidiary of HYOSUNG HEAVY INDUSTRIES CORPORATION (HYOSUNG), one of the world’s largest conglomerates. With HYOSUNG’s slogan “We will be with you through sharing”, HYOSUNG group of companies endeavors to fulfill their duty as social enterprise and have been serving the society and has touched lives of millions through their outreach efforts.

Following the footsteps of its parent Company, HYOSUNG T & D INDIA also wishes to leave a positive footprint on the society by participating in social contribution activities to share profits with the community and consequently enrich society. Hyosung T & D India intends to strengthen the organizational CSR culture by participation of employees in social contribution activities.

Supporting the idea of ‘sharing and caring’, Hyosung T & D India’s CSR Policy, amongst other things, lays emphasis on promoting education, since Hyosung T & D India wishes to help people build their future on their own through education.

VIGIL MECHANISM

HONESTY and TRUST are fundamental business principles of HYOSUNG T & D INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (‘HYOSUNG T & D INDIA’ or ‘COMPANY’). Hyosung T & D India is committed to maintain the highest standard of ethical, moral and legal conduct of business operations and therefore the Company maintains a Code of Conduct for the employees of the Company which lays down the principles and standard that should govern the action of the Company & its employees. Any actual or potential violation of such Code of Conduct would be a matter of serious concern.

The Company has a Vigil Mechanism Policy which not only provides a channel to the employees and Directors to report to the management, concerns about unethical behavior, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the Codes of conduct or policy but also provide for adequate safeguard against victimization of person who use such mechanism and make provisions for direct access to the Vigilance Officer / nominated Director of the Company for reporting any violation.
